Charlotte Pisciotta

Founder, Training with Charlotte

Charlotte Pisciotta's 20+ year career has spanned from a National Director of Sales and Marketing to VP of Full House Marketing, and now as the Membership & Marketing Director for the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association. From rolling up her sleeves at her student communities, to successfully rolling out new software to a portfolio of over 10,000 units, Charlotte meets challenges head-on with a smile. It's this expertise and knowledge that she brings to every training that creates a unique experience for audiences. She is a Past President of two Michigan NAA affiliates and currently serves on the NAA Apartmentalize Committee. Charlotte presents programs for associations and management companies, is faculty of NAA's Education Institute and holds a certification in Creative Training Techniques.

David Suson

President, Proliance Group, LLC.

David studies the root causes or keystones for success and achievement in the areas of Leadership, Communication and Personal Performance. He studied over 3,000 top performers to find what the best performing employees do, what the best leaders do, and what the best communicators do. And more importantly, he discovered the roadblocks that hold people back. For over 25 years, David has worked with hundreds of clients of all sizes in many industries such as technology, banking, communications, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution. He specializes in leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, sales and personal development and brings his insights to you to create breakthrough solutions. David presents over 140 times/year, has spoken to over 200,000 people in the US and internationally.

Lisa Trosien

Certified Trainer, Speaker, Author, and Consultant

A frequent multifamily speaker for the National Multi-housing Council and other associations, Lisa began her career as a Leasing Professional, working part time to finance her undergraduate studies. After discovering how much she enjoyed leasing and the multifamily industry, Lisa decided to utilize her teaching degree by applying what she had learned to the industry that she had grown to love. A dedicated professional, Lisa has contributed to a variety of leasing programs throughout the United States. She also contributes to a variety of industry publications including Journal of Property Management, Multifamily Executive, Rent and Retain and pens her own column in NAA's UNITS Magazine titled "On-Site Solutions". Lisa is also a member of Professional Apartment Magazine's Editorial Advisory Board. Lisa helps to advance our industry and its future leaders by lending her expertise and experience in resident retention, apartment leasing, apartment technology, maintenance and management.

Marci French

Chief Facilitator, French's Leadership Solutions

Marci French is a lifelong learner born into Generation X as a biracial unifier and JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) facilitator. Utilizing her unique story, Marci facilitates tough conversations and creates brave spaces for participants to explore identities, practice empathy, and consider new ideas. As a member of the Board and the Senior Faculty with the National Apartment Association Education Institute, Marci applies more than 25 years of multifamily experience to lead, coach, and mentor those in the industry. Marci earned the CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association; holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida; and is a NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate. Marci also serves on various committees at both the local and national level.

Susan Weston

The Susan Weston Company

Susan has operated The Susan Weston Company since 2010 and consults and trains in the multifamily industry. Her industry career spans over 40 years in executive capacities in Operations, Human Resources and Learning and Development at both publicly traded and private companies. She is a Certified Apartment Manager, a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, a Subject Matter Expert for the National Apartment Association Education Institute credential programs, a member of NAAEI Senior Faculty and a licensed Texas real estate broker. From 2012-2016, Susan taught residential property management programs in the School of Business at the University of North Texas. In April of 2016 she was invited and continues to serve on the National Council for the School of Business at Valparaiso University. In April 2019 she accepted and continues her role as chairperson for the Valparaiso University President's Circle.
