Throughout my career in proptech, I’ve worked shoulder to shoulder with on-site teams and RevOps leaders, solving for the friction points that slow down leasing and impact resident satisfaction.

I cut my teeth in real estate as a NYC broker, personally signing hundreds of leases and guiding renters through the most stressful times of their lives. That experience shapes how I think about the resident journey today; not just as systems, but as a series of high-stake moments that determine where people want to live.

Now at inteQ, I partner with multifamily operators to help residents and their pets live better lives and increase the metrics that matter most: signing more leases, strengthening renewals, and elevating the resident experience.

I’m deeply immersed in the modern multifamily tech stack; PMS integrations, screening tools, approvals, amenities, and lease execution. I'm especially interested in how data flows across systems to drive smarter operations. And I’m obsessed by a simple idea: genuine hospitality from real people create better leasing experiences and happier residents.
