Class Description:
Every renter is different—and the most successful leasing professionals know how to adapt their approach to match. Just like in a video game, winning comes from choosing the right move at the right moment.
This interactive half‑day program dives into how personality types shape communication, decision‑making, and closing behaviors throughout the leasing journey. Participants will learn how to quickly recognize a prospect’s communication style, adjust their own approach with confidence, and guide each prospect from first impression to a successful close.
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Read the room and tailor their communication style to match the prospect
- Build rapport and trust more efficiently
- Apply closing strategies that feel natural, authentic, and consistent
Jordan Flores is the Regional Trainer for Willow Bridge Property Company, supporting training and development for a region of 150+ communities totaling over 31,000+ units. With 11 years of property management experience and 5 additional years in learning & talent development, Jordan brings a wealth of practical knowledge to every session. He also holds a Training & Facilitation certification from the Association for Talent Development.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail. Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. By registering for this program, you agree that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.
