PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
If you have ever found yourself wondering why people do the things they do, felt like you weren’t quite getting your message across, or are simply wanting to increase your sales by learning how to effectively understand and communicate with your prospects, this is the class for you!  In this session, you will discover your own True Colors, learn how to identify the True Colors of those around you, and pinpoint strategies to have more effective interactions to increase your sales.  Join us for an impactful and insightful program that may forever change the way you interact with the people around you.

About the Instructor:
Damon McCall, Founder, ApproveShield

Damon McCall is a multifamily industry veteran and the founder of Dallas based ApproveShield, a provider of eviction data and tenant screening services.  Prior to forming ApproveShield, Damon operated communities and built teams all over Texas and the southeastern United States.  It was in this sector that Damon began to recognize the importance of team building and learned what it really meant to be a great sales and team leader and not just a boss.  His basic principles are to Teambuild Often, Share Your Knowledge, and to follow the ABG’s of leadership:  Always Be Growing!

Damon facilitates the True Colors program to help the participants be the best they can be, because he believes that the core of well-being in any work or life situation consists of two basic principles:  being perceived as valuable, and always asserting personal accountability, especially when it may seem difficult to do so.

You must be logged into your individual account to unlock Member or Apartment Academy rates and the invoice payment option. Non-members will receive the non-member rate and be required to submit immediate payment with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy: 
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
