Class Description:

Got vacants collecting dust?  Need them ready now, but you keep seeing that “make ready date” get pushed back further and further?  Maybe it is time to revamp your make ready process!  By developing a strategic and streamlined make ready process that begins the day that a notice to vacate is received, you will be able to turn vacancy into revenue sooner. 

During this class you will learn:

  • How to thoroughly walk apartments during move-out inspections
  • Best practices when scheduling contractors
  • How to cut down make-ready costs
  • How to delegate various parts of the process and empower your team
  • How to ensure a 5-star move-in experience

About the Instructor:
Bradley Roschyk, CAM, CAPS, NAAEI Faculty, Training Director, Berkshire Residential Investments

Bradley is currently a Training Director with Berkshire Communities in Dallas, Texas.  With a passion for training and education, he has held numerous training positions throughout his career.  At the age of 18, Bradley began his career as a Training Lead at Six Flags.  He continued his education and training efforts at numerous other companies until he started in the Multi-family industry 19 years ago, beginning with leasing and working his way through management, until he reached his current position as training director.  Bradley holds designations from NAAEI for CAM and CAPS and is currently a faculty member of NAAEI.  He is a very involved person and has served as a member of the Education Committee for the past eleven years at AAGD where he has instructed numerous education, personal development, and NAAEI Certification courses for the Association.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
