This program will equip you with practical skills to communicate effectively with residents while tackling collections with confidence. You’ll walk away with strategies that ease the stress of collections—and maybe even make you enjoy the process a little more.

Christi Wedel, NALP, NAAEI Faculty, brings extensive on site experience to the classroom, having served in multiple roles, before moving into marketing, and ultimately, training. She understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities Assistant Managers face, and she equips participants with practical skills that translate directly to success on site.
Known for her engaging delivery, real-world insight, and lively teaching style, Christi makes learning both impactful and memorable. Her sessions focus on soft skills, leadership, and customer communication, while keeping the atmosphere fun and interactive - train whistles may or may not be included!

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail. Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. By registering for this program, you agree that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.
