Class Description:
Join representatives from the City of Plano Code Compliance team for an informative webinar designed specifically for multifamily housing professionals. Whether you're new to the Plano inspection process or looking to improve your property's compliance efforts, this session will provide valuable guidance on navigating the city's multifamily inspection program.
Attendees will gain a clear understanding of registration requirements, certification procedures, inspection fees, and how to successfully complete self-inspections. City officials will also share common compliance issues, frequent reasons properties fail inspections, and practical tips to help your community prepare before an inspector arrives.
When Registering:
- When entering the attendee name, select from the drop-down list that appears rather than just typing info in (if possible). This way, the registration is connected to the existing member record.
- If a name does not appear, you will need to add them to your property/company.
- If registering multiple people, be sure to enter unique email addresses for each attendee, so that everyone receives their unique join link. Otherwise, the purchaser would need to forward the links to everyone on their registration list
Accessing the Webinar:
Once an attendee is registered, a unique Join link is sent to them in their event confirmation email. This will make the meeting link clickable in the member's calendar and in the description of the calendar event. The Join link can also be accessed via their Member Compass.

You must be logged into your individual account to unlock Member or Apartment Academy rates and the invoice payment option. Non-members will receive the non-member rate and be required to submit immediate payment with a credit card.
Confirmation e-mails will be sent when registration is completed, but are not guaranteed to be sent due to incorrect emails, security filters, etc.
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that any photos or videos taken of you at the event can be used by AAGD in future publications, flyers, promos, web/social media postings, videos and other media concerning the event, without compensation to you.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail. Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. By registering for this program, you agree that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.
