Char B. McCurdy, CAPS is the President overseeing daily activities of Summit Property Management. She is an award-winning Multifamily Executive with 25+ years of experience and a proven track-record of successfully building value with a portfolio across the United States. Her capabilities and specialties include: Operational and Financial Oversight, Asset Management, Third-party Management Services, Strategic Account Management, Business Development and all aspects of multifamily management. Char is active in her Church and currently a member of Apartment Women of the Word.

Char is the current President Elect of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and has incredible experience locally, regionally and nationally with the following associations.
