- Check-In: Monday, January 19, 2026 | 4:00 PM
- Upon check-in, you will be required to provide a photo ID as well as a credit or debit card for incidentals. You will be required to adhere to the hotel’s rules of conduct
- Check-Out: Tuesday, January 20, 2026 | 11:00 AM
- Total Due: $181.86 (total is inclusive of Occupancy Tax, Frisco Tax, and State Recovery Fee)
- Payment Due Date: January 5, 2026 – if payment is not received by this date, your hotel room reservation will be canceled.
AAGD will manage your room reservation, and our staff will coordinate your reservation with the hotel. There is no need for you to contact the hotel separately to confirm your booking, as they will not receive the rooming list from AAGD until a designated date. After booking your reservation with AAGD, you will receive a separate email from Travis Allen with your room confirmation number and details. CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation name changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to Travis Allen (tallen@aagdallas.com) no later than Friday, December 26, 2025.
Cancellations made after this deadline—or failure to check in—will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
