National Update – Coronavirus Relief Bill Becomes Law
Last night, President Trump signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 into law.
The new law includes $25 billion in emergency rental assistance ($1.9 billion for the state of Texas). It also includes a one-month extension of the CDC eviction moratorium (through January 31, 2021).
As rental assistance funding is distributed to North Texas, AAGD will keep you updated on the specifics and any requirements for owners/managers of rental property.
