Aaron Kelsoe CLCS, Ramey & King Insurance Associates Inc.

Broker and consultant for multifamily insurance investors. Aaron helps investors through all phases of a deal, including underwriting insurance costs Pre-LOI ( letter of Intent). Aaron is well versed in working with a variety of lenders and their insurance requirements, which has helped anticipate any potential risks/issues before they arise and ensure a smooth closing process.
