Class Description
The compressor is the “heart” of the HVAC system and signs of compressor problems should be a red flag for any technician.  Understanding the operation and performance of these elements will help to save you time and money.  Join Tonya Lambert as she dives into Compressor Diagnostics and helps learners to familiarize themselves with this vital HVAC component.

In this class you will learn:

  • How different compressors operate and perform
  • Methods to diagnose electrical and mechanical failures

About the Instructor:
Tonya Lambert, NATE, Technical Service Advisor, Century HVAC Distributing

Tonya is a NATE Certified Technician with 35 years of experience in the HVAC Service Industry. Her current position is Technical Service Advisor for Century HVAC Distributing.  She provides HVAC training & Manufacturer technical support by phone or field site visits for Commercial, Residential equipment to include Duct Free Systems, Mini VRF and Manufactured Housing Equipment.   She started in the Multi Family Industry in 1984, then went to work as a Service Technician for an Air Conditioning Contractor.  Additionally, she has 10 years of experience developing and conducting HVAC Technical Training classes.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
