Class Description:  Having those sweaty-palmed conversations isn’t always fun or easy. Whether it’s talking about a sensitive topic, engaging in a challenging debate, or exchanging radically candid feedback, these tough conversations are foundational to our success and they’re necessary for us to create a team culture of high performance, trust, and belonging.

In this class you will learn:

  • How to be an everyday Coach, Leader, and Influencer.
  • Ways to encourage healthy conflict within your team.
  • How to address “the elephant in the room,” through crucial conversations.
  • How to create a feedback culture for you and your teams.
