Vincent Cotton, CALP, CAM, Junior Portfolio Manager, Madera Residential
Vincent began his career in the multifamily industry in 2015 as a Leasing Consultant at Madera Residential. He has since advanced to the position of Junior Portfolio Manager and also serves as a mentor within the organization. Vincent demonstrates a strong commitment to professional development, having earned the CALP credential in 2018 and the CAM credential in 2021 through AAGD. In addition, he actively volunteers with AAGD, contributing to both the Education and Membership Committees. His dedication to enhancing industry standards and fostering growth underscores his commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their roles.

Eric Franco, Training Director, W3 Luxury Living

A Dallas native, Eric began his Multifamily career in 2004 as a Leasing Consultant for Gables Residential, moving upward to Assistant, then Property Manager.  In 2014, Eric began working with Yardi as a trainer, where he discovered his passion for training and development.  This passion led to a variety of training positions with both supplier and owner/operator companies.  Today, Eric serves as a the Director of Training for W3 Luxury Living and is an active volunteer with AAGD on the Education and Career Development Committee.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. By registering for this program, you agree that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.
