So, You Think You Can Be a Manager? Live Webinar
Instructed by: Jodi Spurrell, CAM, CAPS, NAAEI Faculty
Recommended for: Assistant Managers and New Managers
NAAEI CECs: 2
Class Description: There is so much more to being a Manager than maintaining your budget and performing inspections. Managers are responsible for the successful, and profitable, operation of their assets as well as their team’s performance. They answer to their team, their supervisor, the owner AND the residents! Being prepared for this demanding, but rewarding position takes more than learning to read a budget. This class will open your eyes to new ideas and ways of thinking. You will be surprised to learn that what you think is most important in your day-to-day operation is quite different then what your Owner thinks.
In this class you will learn:
What information a manager needs to know that you may never have considered
How to effectively ask for what your team and asset need from your supervisors and owners
Best practices for handling the crazy situations that managers get the pleasure of handling
