Two candidates that AAGD endorsed in the May elections are headed to a runoff on Saturday, June 15th. In District 5, Rick Callahan is running in the newly created district that represents the Sunnyvale/ Balch Springs area. In District 14, Bobby Abtahi is running to replace the vacant seat left my term-limited councilmember Angela Hunt.
This district includes Uptown and East Dallas. Please remind your residents to get out and vote! If you would like to support these candidates by providing sign locations please contact the AAGD Government Affairs Department.
