AAGD's 990+ owner/management members and 682 product and service supplier members represent more than 463,000 apartment homes in more than 1,890 apartment communities, or more than 87 percent of the Dallas area apartments. As a trade association, AAGD is dedicated to promoting professionalism in the apartment industry. AAGD seeks for membership only those companies that will perpetuate integrity in a field devoted to providing quality living for all apartment residents.

AAGD members are also members of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.  With many regional and national apartment management firms having a major presence or based in the Dallas area, the AAGD and its members are active in TAA, NAA and the National Multi Housing Council dealing with the issues and trends that affect the apartment industry locally and across the nation.
