The AATC/AAGD Business Exchange is the largest single-event fundraiser for the National Apartment Association Political Action Committee (NAA PAC).

Monies raised from this event support federal House and Senate candidates. Your money is spent on Congressional campaigns that directly impact yours and your properties’ bottom-line.

Candidates use our contributions to fund their campaigns. PAC donations pay for signage, bumper stickers, push-cards, mail-outs, phone-banks, media, office supplies and rent, opposition-research, and consultants.

NAA PAC can not accept corporate donations. All NAA PAC contributions must be by cash, personal check, or personal credit card. Credit cards with company name and/or logo on them can not be accepted.

Federal law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. Contributions to the NAA PAC are for political purposes. All contributions are voluntary. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Guidelines are merely suggestions and you may contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest. NAA PAC will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount contributed or the decision whether to contribute.

The Business Exchange, frequently referred to as a “reverse trade show,” is a unique, power networking event. It is an opportunity for vendor members to get one-on-one face time with owner/management company executives who can make buying decisions.

The Business Exchange is an extremely popular event, as such, it quickly sells-out. Registration is exclusively online, and is conducted on a first-come, first serve basis.
