Designations of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) are the premier offerings for multifamily housing professionals. These valuable courses increase your knowledge, demonstrate your commitment to the industry and display the importance of developing your career. All Designation Programs are a recognized and respected mark of excellence throughout the industry.

AAGD is proud to offer our members the NALP, CAM, CAS, CAPS and CAMT designation courses throughout the year. The NALP is new this year with a blended learning concept of some in person classes and some taken at your own pace. The CAM and CAS are offered in a Blitz format as well as the regular format. The Blitz completes the class in seven days. CAPS is also offered in a Blitz format to be completed in five days. The CAMT format has been changed from a night class to a daytime class this year.
 
EARN DESIGNATIONS ONLINE
 
Great News! You can now earn your CAM and NALP designations online! It is simple and you can take the classes anywhere and anytime you have internet access. The online option is the same vital and interesting course content it is just on demand at your convenience.
 
It is easy to get started just visit the NAA website link below and you can register and pay online. An NAA login and password will be required to access the registration portion. Make sure you put AAGD down as your affiliate so we will receive your records for our files.
