A current or potential owner / management company, developer of rental property and/or rental units in the 11-county north Texas area. According to the association bylaws, "All units managed which are located in the 11-county area, shall be required to be affiliated with membership and pay the annual dues. Counties include: Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Kaufman, Lamar, and Rockwall County.

Products or Services Company
A vendor or supplier of goods and / or services to the multifamily industry.
