What is the Membership Campaign?

The AAGD Fall Membership Campaigns search and recruit individuals and their companies that provide professional services and sell quality products to the multifamily industry and / or rental property owners and management companies that have apartments, condominiums or single family homes to lease. The entire membership should make every effort to find these companies that are not currently a member and encourage them to join the AAGD.

How do we recruit new members? 

Step #1
If you are a property manager, print and review the list of your current vendors.
Step #3
Determine the vendors that are not members of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.
Step #4
Call AAGD to register your vendor prospect at (972) 385-9091  
Step #5
Follow-up with your prospect and get them to join the AAGD.

How much are the membership dues?

Owner / Management Companies
$197.00 annual fee plus unit assessment

Products & Services Companies
$417.00 annual fee
