We encourage our applicants to complete all the classes for their NAA Designation, but realize some individuals may prefer to take one or more stand alone modules without receiving the NAA designation.  Call the Education Department 972.385.9091 for individual module class prices.
To receive the NAA Designation, NALP must be completed in a year and CAMT, CAM / CAS and CAPS must be completed within two years.

Suppliers are important liaisons to the multifamily housing industry, and are vitally important to the success of every community.  CAS is designed as an opportunity for suppliers to hear the everyday challenges faced by the apartment manager and affords them the opportunity to interface with industry professionals who are seeking the CAM Designation. 
To obtain a CAS Designation you must have worked in the apartment industry at least 12 months, successfully completed the three required courses, and one of the elective courses from the CAM Class, and meet the examination requirements within 24 months of declaring your candidacy for CAS.  
